THE FATE OF WOMEN LEFT BEHIND
Around the globe women are left to suffer genocide. In Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador, mass graves of women of up to 10000 have been found. In Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Asia women suffer equally.
Yet while guest workers and undocumented find easy passage to America, families of legal residents and military personnel go through years of delays and red tape to get their families here legally. Throughout most of the world there are college educated professional women who find it nearly impossible to get visas to America.
Women’s Immigration Network’s mission is to reverse that trend by giving women legal and financial help in immigrating to the U.S.,lobbying congress to amend immigration laws to give women, families and those with desired education and skills, first priority in immigration to the United States. In order to achieve this goal we are going to need your help. Please donate now, and stay involved with the fight.
